A memorial plaque for Azerbaijani national hero Ruslan Polovinka has been unveiled at the school No 1 in the city of Zmiyev, Kharkiv, Ukraine, where he studied.
The plaque was made by Peoples’ Artist of Ukraine Seyfaddin Gurbanov.
The ceremony also featured the screening of a documentary on the life and activities of Ruslan Polovinka.
