Note that the current global landscape is increasingly difficult to predict amid geopolitical tensions, shifting power balances, trade barriers, and growing pressure on multilateralism. The theme of the Fifth Forum, "Coping with Uncertainties in Planning for the Future," requires identifying risks and opportunities, developing strategies, and turning agreements into action.

This year's forum is attended by 22 heads of state and government, 14 deputy heads of state and government, more than 50 ministers, 39 of whom are foreign ministers, and more than 500 high-level persons, including 75 representatives of international organizations, from more than 150 countries.

More than 40 events and sessions, including leaders' panels, are expected to be held within the framework of the forum.
