"TikTok" live stream swearers detained

Persons committing unethical actions on social networks have been detained.

47-year-old Zakir Musayev (alias) started a live stream on his personal page on the "TikTok" social network. During this time, he used inappropriate expressions, thereby committing acts offensive to public morality.

In addition, 24-year-old Jahid Bakirov (alias) also wrote inappropriate comments to a "TikToker" who was hosting a live stream on the same social network.

Based on the fact, Z. Musayev and J. Bakirov were detained by police officers, and a protocol was drawn up against them under Article 510.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (for committing acts that insult public morality and express open disrespect for society when publicly displayed on an internet information resource or information-telecommunication network, i.e., uttering obscene expressions or making gestures creating such an impression, or displaying parts of the human body in a manner contrary to moral norms and national-moral values).

By the court's decision, Zakir Musayev was administratively fined 500 manats, and Jahid Bakirov was fined 700 manats.
