The perpetrators of the "Crocus" explosion expressed their condolences to the victims in the Moscow court
At the Military Court of the 2nd Western District in Moscow, Russia, Shamsiddin Fariduni and Muhammadsobir Fayzov, the direct executors of the terrorist act that took place in "Crocus City Hall", expressed their condolences to the victims.
"Fariduni and Fayzov expressed their condolences to the victims at the military court. In addition, according to his defense, it was claimed that Fayzov did not have a firearm during the attack and did not shoot at anyone, and the pistol in his hand was initially unusable," the source of the agency said.
According to him, the other perpetrators of the attack - Dalerdjon Mirzoyev and Saidakram Murodali "are in a similar position" in Rachabalizo.
Meanwhile, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office said that the prosecutor's office offered life imprisonment to 15 defendants, including four of the direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack. The prosecutor proposed a prison sentence of 19 years and 11 months to 22 years and 10 months for four more people.
Furthermore, the prosecutor's office demands the deprivation of Russian citizenship of Israil Islamov and his sons Dilovar and Aminchon Islamov, relatives of Shamil Faridouni, one of the perpetrators of the "Crocus City Hall" terrorist attack. The prosecutor also demands that Alishir Gasimov, the owner of the apartment where four direct perpetrators lived before the attack, revoke his Russian citizenship and confiscate the apartment itself for state needs. All 19 defendants in the case are known as terrorists in Russia.
