As a result of measures carried out by the employees of the Nakhchivan General Customs Department, a large amount of psychotropic substance was detected and removed from illegal circulation.
According to the information provided to AZpress.AZ by the State Security Service, a cargo vehicle going from Iran to Turkey transiting through our country was subjected to customs inspection at the "Shakhakhti" customs post.
During the inspection, a large amount of psychotropic substance-methamphetamine, with a net weight of 41 kilograms and 600 grams, was found in liquid form in 20 plastic containers from the trailer of the vehicle, in a special storage place made by artisanal method.
The fact is being investigated.
