The solo concert "Dedication" dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev by the young vocalist Riad Agha was held under the joint organization of "IRELI" Public Union and the International Mugham Center.
The "IRELI" Public Union told AZERTAC that the concert program conveyed to the audience the rich statehood heritage of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, his commitment to national and spiritual values and the special attention he paid to Azerbaijani culture through the language of music. The diverse compositions performed by the young vocalist Riad Agha were met with great interest by the listeners.
The teacher of the young vocalist, Honored artist Ramil Gasimov spoke and said that despite his young age, he was distinguished by his professional approach on stage, his sensitive attitude to music and the sincere emotional bond he established with the audience. He noted that special attention is paid to national music and classical vocal traditions in Riyad's choice of repertoire.
Ramil Gasimov emphasized that the young performer's stage culture, hard work and dedication to art create great hope that he will occupy a special place in the Azerbaijani vocal art in the future, and at the same time, his organizational skills are always admirable.
At the concert, Tofig Guliyev's "Azerbaijan", Sevil Aliyeva's "Dear Mother", Fikret Amirov's "I'm looking for you", Emin Sabitoglu's "Thankfulness", "Separation", Haji Khanmammadov's "Gozere Qurban", Ogtay Kazimi's "O dream" and other composers and folk songs were performed. The vocalist was accompanied by pianist Jalal Samadov.
Riyad Agha actively participates in the projects implemented in the social and cultural spheres in addition to stage activities. He is also noted for his social activism and professional vocal performances on stage, as well as his unique presentation style. His sensitive approach to the works he performs, the stage culture and the emotional bond he builds with the audience clearly demonstrate his commitment to music and his professional attitude to art.
Riyad Agha has performed solo concert programs to date and has been awarded the "Volunteer of the Year" and "Youth of the Year" nominations.
