For centuries, the Turkic world has encompassed a vast geography with its rich culture, common language, and deep historical roots. In the modern era, dialogues established within this geography are not merely a bond rooted in the past, but also the cornerstone of a future-oriented strategic partnership and a shared vision. Developing through platforms such as the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), these dialogues serve to unite the region's political, economic, and cultural potential.

 

Turkic world dialogues are not merely an expression of historical friendship, but a clear action plan designed to turn the region into a center of power. Formed on the principle of "Stronger Together," this shared vision ensures that Turkic states take their rightful place on the global stage in the 21st century.

 

Yesterday, a panel titled “Turkic World Dialogues: Common Future, Common Vision” was held in Baku, organized by the Directorate of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye.

 

Prof. Dr. Ferhat Pirinççi, Vice President of the Directorate of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, actively participated and spoke at the panel “Turkic World Dialogues: Common Future, Common Vision” held in Baku. In his speech, he particularly emphasized the importance of strategic communication among Turkic states, establishing a unified media network, and joint efforts against disinformation. Prof. Dr. Ferhat Pirinççi also drew attention to the significance of accelerating integration processes based on a shared vision for the Turkic world to hold a stronger position globally.

 

The main essence of the event is to transform the existing historical, cultural, and linguistic unity among Turkic states into institutional power in line with modern requirements. Continuing in Baku after the Astana meeting, these dialogues show that the partnership is not limited to official statements; it turns into a concrete action mechanism covering strategic areas such as education, the economy, transport and logistics, energy, the defense industry, and digital technologies.

 

Taking joint steps in media and communication is of paramount importance, especially in the information age. In an era of growing global disinformation attacks, having a unified media strategy, fighting disinformation together, and conveying its truths to the international community in a single voice is a matter of national security for the Turkic world.

 

This event aims to accelerate integration processes among Turkic states and support the vision of a common future with concrete action plans.
