An Azerbaijani composer living in Norway had a concert in Baku (PHOTO=54)

An author's concert entitled "The Melody of Dreams" by Arzu Rzayeva, an active member of the Azerbaijani diaspora living in Norway, composer and musician, member of the Organization of Norwegian Azerbaijanis, chairman of the Azerbaijani language weekend school named after Nizami Ganjavi operating in Oslo, was organized at the International Mugham Center.

AZpress.AZ informs that the event was carried out with the support of the Oslo Azerbaijan House, the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Diaspora Support Fund and the Oslo Azerbaijan House.
Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Diaspora Vagif Seyidov emphasized the importance of the project in promoting our national and cultural values at the international level and highly appreciated the role of diaspora representatives in this work.

Retired art worker Baba Vaziroglu said that such projects are of special importance in terms of preserving Azerbaijani culture and passing it on to future generations.

People's artist Fakhreddin Manafov emphasized that the event was organized at a high level, appreciated Arzu Rzayeva's creativity and wished her success.

Professor, well-known conductor and teacher of A. Rzayeva, Agaverdi Pashayev said that he was very happy with the success of his student and emphasized that such projects are important for Azerbaijani culture.
The well-known tarzan, director of the International Mugham Center Sahib Pashazade specially noted the role of such cultural events in the protection of national and moral values.

Honored artist Dilara Aliyeva spoke about A. Rzayeva's creative path and emphasized that the love for motherland and land occupies a special place in A. Rzayeva's compositions. D. Aliyeva expressed her gratitude to the State Committee for Work with Diaspora for the support shown in the preparation of the event.

In her speech, Arzu Rzayeva expressed her gratitude to the State Committee for Work with Diaspora, the Oslo Azerbaijan House and all institutions and organizers who contributed to the organization of the event for their support in the creation of the project.

The concert program was presented with rich works based on Azerbaijani musical traditions. The compositions written by Arzu Rzayeva were welcomed by the audience with great interest and applause. The participants of the event felt the spirit of Azerbaijani culture and highly appreciated the importance of the project in terms of promoting our national culture at the international level.
