President signed an order regarding families of martyrs and war-disabled persons

The period for financing measures to provide apartments, private houses, rehabilitation means, and services to persons with disabilities related to the defense of independence and territorial integrity and families of martyrs at the expense of state compulsory personal insurance funds has been extended until 2029.

AZpress.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order amending the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 29, 2022, “On financing measures related to social protection and social security of persons with disabilities and families of martyrs at the expense of state compulsory personal insurance funds.”

According to the amendment, measures implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population to provide persons whose disability was established in connection with the war and families of martyrs with apartments or private houses, as well as rehabilitation means and rehabilitation services, will be carried out at the expense of state compulsory personal insurance funds accumulated in 2022–2029.
