Large amount of drugs seized

Transportation of a large amount of narcotics into the territory of the country was prevented.

According to the information provided to AZpress.AZ by the Press Center of the State Border Service, measures to ensure reliable protection of the state border and fight against the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors are being successfully continued.

The transfer of narcotics with a total weight of 51 kilograms and 560 grams from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Azerbaijan was prevented in the service territory of the "Lankaran" border detachment of the Border Troops Command of the State Border Service.
