ABL regular season is over

On March 28-31, the games of the 20th round of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL), where men's basketball clubs played, were held, and thus the clubs that will participate in both the 1/4 and 1/8 finals of the playoffs were determined. According to the information provided by ABF, "Sabah", "Absheron Lions" and "Neftchi" from group A, and "ORDU" club, which took the first place from group B, won the right to directly participate in the 1/4 finals.

The results of the 20th round by groups were as follows:

In group A:

"Sheki" - "Ganja" - 73:84;

"Neftchi" - "NTD Baku" - 93:83;

"Sabah" - "Absheron Lions" - 105:72.

In group B:

"Guba" - "Nakhchivan" - 96:103;

"Sarhadchi" - "Sumgait" - 93:89;

"ORDU" - "Lankaran" - 107:65.

By the way, the following couples will meet in the 1/8 finals:

"Nakhchivan" - "Sarhadchi";

"Ganja" - "Lankaran";

"Guba" - "Sheki";

"Sumgait" - "NTD Baku".

According to the regulations, in the 1/8 finals, couples will fight until 2 wins. The winners of the pairs will face the above-mentioned clubs in the 2/4 finals.
