Killers of "Jeyhun Sabunchu" arrested

Those who committed murder in a cafe in the Ahmadli settlement have been arrested.

The Binagadi District Court considered the motion to select a pre-trial detention measure against Jafarov Elmar Shujaat oglu and Rahimov Emin Goshgar oglu. According to the decision, a 4-month arrest pre-trial detention measure was chosen for each of them.

A criminal case has been initiated against them under Article 120.2.1 of the Criminal Code.

A pre-trial detention measure in the form of arrest was chosen for 11 people in connection with the incident.

As a result of operational-search measures conducted by the investigative group of the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, previously convicted Ramil Dadashov, Eldar Eldarov, Ahmad Alizadeh, Ismayil Kazimov, Hasan Zulfugarov, Farid Eyyublu, and Khayyam Safikhanov, as well as Mikayil Ismayilov, Kamran Efendiyev, Elvin Safarov, and Elmar Nuriyev, who were identified as participants in the planned organization of the incident, were arrested.
