Leyla Aliyeva visited the family of Hero of the Patriotic War Shahin Allahyarov

On February 24, Leyla Aliyeva visited the family of the Hero of the Patriotic War, the martyred Chief Ensign of the State Border Service Shahin Allahyarov.

First, Leyla Aliyeva got acquainted with the memorial corner of the martyr.

After that, he talked with the martyr's mother, Nargiz Allahyarova, listened to her memories about her son, looked at the pictures of the martyr reflecting different periods of his life, and watched the video he sent to his family members during the Patriotic War. N. Allahyarova expressed her satisfaction with the attention and care shown to the families of martyrs, expressed her gratitude to the head of state and family members, and wished peace and tranquility to our country.

Leyla Aliyeva presented gifts to the family members of the martyr and took a picture with them.

It should be noted that in 2020, the chief ensign of the Azerbaijan Army Shahin Allahyarov fought in the battles for the freedom of Fuzuli, Jabrayil and Shusha in the 44-day Patriotic War. He was martyred on November 1 during the battles for Shusha. He was buried in Guba district.

According to President Ilham Aliyev's Decree, Shahin Allahyarov was posthumously awarded the title of "Hero of the Patriotic War" for his bravery during the battles.
