Chairman of the Press Council, Rashad Majid, congratulated the anniversary and talked about Bayram Mammadov's journalistic activities and the publication of his articles in various newspapers.

Deputy of Milli Mejlis Sabina Khasayeva said in her speech that Bayram Mammadov promoted our national and moral values in his writings and displayed a high citizenship position.

Chairman of YAP Zangilan district organization Natig Guluzade, doctor of philosophy in history, reserve colonel Latif Şukuroğlu recalled Bayram Mammadov's participation in the battles against the Armenian invaders in the First Karabakh War, talked about his work at the Military Academy of the Ministry of Defense and the compilation of "English-Azerbaijani, Azerbaijani-English dictionary".
